2012 OC Music Awards best live band winners Railroad to Alaska released its music video for “The Real Thing” last week. The video was co-produced by the OC Music Awards and Akorn Entertainment. The band, which also won best new artist at the 2011 awards ceremony, was given the opportunity to have a music video produced for the song of its choice as part of its showcase prize pack. The group will play four Southern California dates on the 2012 Vans Warped Tour June 21-27.

The video, which was partially filmed inside of the Yost Theater in Downtown Santa Ana, was directed by award-winning film and video director Robert Sexton. Check out “The Real Thing” in the video player below.
