Moonsville Collective takes over ‘Dinner with Dave’ at Memphis

Every second and fourth Wednesday of the month, Memphis at the Santora hosts “Dinner with Dave,” where Orange County’s culinary connoisseur Dave Mau cooks up his favorite dishes for music fans to enjoy during live concerts. To top it off, this event is always free.
This past Wednesday, Mau served pork chops with red beans and rice, and the evening featured a set by local bluegrass band Moonsville Collective.

When Mau isn’t at Memphis, you can probably find him writing for his food and restaurant industry blog, running his catering company or providing food photography for Disney. With such a busy schedule, it’s a miracle that Mau still finds time to grace local music fans (and their bellies) with his good food.
If you missed it this week, rest easy, Mau plans on sticking around for a while. “I gotta be at Memphis at least once or twice a week,” he shares. “It’s home.”
